Can I choose a different date?

Yes! Choose any date that works for your church, as long as your start date is October 16, 2025 or later. Many churches choose to join on (or as close as they can to) the listed national event dates because of increased support availability and the benefit of free event promotion that the Voice of Prophecy provides leading up to national event dates.

How much should I budget for marketing?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer for how much a church should spend to market an evangelistic event, but it’s a missed opportunity to host an event and not do something to tell your community about it.

Our marketing bundles are the most cost-effective way to promote your event, and they start at just $649. Even if you want additional items than what’s offered in a particular bundle, starting with a bundle will give you an additional 5-15% off items you add to your marketing efforts.

The size of your church and surrounding community will often influence how much you’ll invest in marketing your event. In our experience, churches typically choose to budget between $600-$5,000 for a bridge event like Primordial.

Are there social media marketing options available?

Yes! All of our marketing bundles include social media marketing options, or you can buy one of our social media marketing packages a-la-carte.

What should I plan to budget for event resources?

This varies based on the expected attendance, but we would suggest an average of approximately $30-$90 per 25 people in attendance (including church members) will get you enough study guides, sharing books, and some extra stuff like a table runner and registration cards.

This event’s only 4 sessions. Should I do something to follow it up?

Absolutely! In fact, that’s the point. A bridge event like Primordial is designed to introduce your audience to a specific topic or idea, position your church as a reliable voice to speak on that subject, and then use that as a springboard to connect them with other programs, resources and members at your church.

Use one of our follow-up resources or connect guests with an event or class of your own! The only wrong plan is to do nothing and lose touch with those who attended your event.
